Gridded historical Okanagan climate data

Description:

The 300 arc second (~10 km) historical NRCanMet dataset for 1951-2010 (McKenney et al., 2011) was spatially-disaggregated using a local lapse rate upsampling algorithm (Wang et al., 2006) and then bias corrected so that climatological monthly means matched the Pacific Climate Impact Consortium PRISM climatology http://www.pacificclimate.org/data/high-resolution-prism-climatology. This dataset has been superceded by the Actuals5 dataset.
